Strawberry Ice Cream
Servings: 3 Quarts

- Blender
- Ice Cream Maker
Ingredients
- 4 pints fresh strawberries
- juice of 2 lemons
- 3 ¼ cups granulated sugar
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups half & half
Instructions
- Chop the strawberries in blender. Add lemon juice and sugar, blend and then chill for an hour or till ready to use. Add the whipping cream and the half & half. Mix thoroughly and freeze in ice cream maker.
